Two-year-old Kim Woo was found safe on Tuesday with her father Johnny after an AMBER Alert was issued for their whereabouts.
Johnny Woo was arrested at the scene
Johnny, after allegedly attacked his estranged wife on Staten Island Tuesday morning, took Kim.
Woo's estranged wife was taken to a hospital in stable condition after the attack.
