Formula E heads to Brooklyn

Formula E arrives in Brooklyn for the inaugural Qualcomm New York City ePrix on July 15 and 16. Formula E will host the first ever race to take place within the five boroughs of New York City in modern history at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

The 1.21mile (1.947km) track features 10 corners and is set against the iconic backdrop of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.

"The location is going to be amazing with thr backdrop of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan in thr background," said NextEV driver Oliver Turvey. "It's going to be a special Formula E race this weekend."
